Terms of Service

This is a contract between you (“you”, “your”) and AUSTICA HEALTH & AUSTICA INC (“AUSTICA”, “we”). Specific consultation engagements are governed by an additional client agreement that we share before any paid service begins.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a paid consultation. Services for children and teens are arranged through a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on the child’s behalf.

Information on this website and in our written materials is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nutrition guidance from AUSTICA complements — but does not replace — care from your physician, specialist or registered medical practitioner.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are taking medication, or have a history of disordered eating, please consult your treating clinician before following any nutrition plan.

Discovery calls are complimentary. Paid programs require advance payment as described in your client agreement. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

We may decline to take on a client where the request falls outside our scope of practice or where the client’s safety is better served by another professional.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to send unlawful, harmful or harassing content.
• Attempt to compromise the security or availability of the site.
• Scrape, copy or republish our content without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

All written content, designs, photography and brand assets on this site are owned by AUSTICA or licensed to us. You may share short excerpts with attribution; broader reuse requires written permission. Plans we prepare for you are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AUSTICA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or any content on it. Our aggregate liability for any direct loss is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
